D. TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Please read the following Terms & Conditions and confirm your agreement.

1. I agree that I will not influence co-riders to ride with other clubs apart from Squad Sixty Six club rides.

 

2. I agree not to promote or represent any other biking club by wearing their T-shirt, patches, or preaching their ideology within Squad Sixty Six.

 

3. I agree not to discuss debatable topics (politics, religion, personal disputes, business conflicts, etc.) with fellow riders during club activities.

 

4. I understand that motorcycle group riding has inherent risks and accidents may occur due to unpredictable reasons, including fatal injuries. I voluntarily accept this risk and agree that Squad Sixty Six Motorcycle Riders Club and its members will not be held liable.

 

5. I agree to follow all instructions given by the Ride Lead and Marshal before and during every ride.

 

6. I understand that I must not participate in any ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances.

 

7. I understand that carrying prohibited or illegal substances during any club event is strictly prohibited.

 

8. I understand that the club is not responsible for any violence, non-professional behavior, or sexual harassment involving any rider.

 

9. I understand that the club may refuse my participation in any ride for safety, discipline, or operational reasons.

 

10. I understand that I can be disqualified and removed from the club without notice if I violate club rules, discipline, or ethics.

 

E. ADDITIONAL CLUB RULES 

 

11. I agree to maintain discipline, respect fellow riders, and follow riding formations.

 

12. I agree not to perform stunts, rash riding, or unsafe riding during club rides.

 

13. I agree that the club may use ride photos/videos for social media and promotional purposes.

 

14. I agree to maintain the reputation and image of Squad Sixty Six in public and online platforms.

 

15. I understand that if I hold any admin, leadership, or official role in another biking club, I am not eligible for membership in Squad Sixty Six and may be rejected or removed without notice.

F. DECLARATION

I hereby declare that the information provided above is true and correct. I voluntarily wish to join Squad Sixty Six Motorcycle Riders Club and agree to abide by all rules, policies, and decisions of the club management.
